Shirley Zaccheo is the owner of You & Improved, a personal and professional Image Consulting business. She has been a certified Personal Image Consultant since 2003.  In combination with her extensive sales background, her Marketing Degree specializing in Public Relations, Social Media Management, Digital Sales and Customer Service Certification, she likes to say that she has been “hustling with a purpose” since she was 16 selling flowers at a roadside stand in San Diego.

Shirley has been very lucky to tie her love of fashion and color together helping others walk in their best colors at this moment in their lives through running a local women’s upscale consignment boutique called Design 2 Consign.

Shirley calls herself a lifelong and forever student.  She is constantly learning and following leaders in multiple industries that help her work smarter, not harder, to share those tips, skills and lessons with others.  Her two missions in life are to bring as much color to other people’s worlds and to change people’s lives one handshake at a time?
