My involvement with Women in Business is less about receiving referrals and more about relationships. While my work isn’t always something that fits neatly into any business type, I deeply value the opportunity to connect with, learn from, and collaborate alongside women who are leaders in their respective fields. The collective experience, insight, and generosity within this group is something I truly appreciate.

This group is also very personal to me. My mother, Carol Porra, was passionate about Women in Business, and I’ve attended with her for over 30 years. Her recent passing (March 2026) has made my continued involvement even more meaningful—this organization represents not only professional connection, but also a lasting legacy of support, curiosity, and women lifting one another up.

I’m grateful to be part of a community that values authenticity, experience, and shared growth, and I look forward to continuing to build relationships with the incredible women here.
