A former High School Guidance Counselor turned entrepreneur, Sara Vatore is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Coach, Multidimensional Guide, and Intuitive Healer in the 8th year of business. She supports leaders, business owners, and busy humans at the somatic (body) and energetic levels to expand their capacity to be in flow of life and business with more ease (without the overwhelm and burnout).

Sara is also a Peak Performance Coach working with athletes of all ages, performers, and high achievers to overcome blocks and fears, embody confidence and access their potential, a Level 2 MELT Method Instructor supporting others with their connective tissue care and nervous system health, a Somatic Educator with Lead Yourself Youth and Mentor of Coaches.

A Mystical Jewish Witch, Unschooling Mama of 2 boys (ages 10 and 18), host of the Multidimensional Transmission Podcast and lover of all things magickal, Sara is here to shine a light on the infinite potential and possibility we have access to in the hidden realms and within ourselves.

She works 1-1, with couples and in group containers creating spaces for healing, integration and expansion to cultivate wellness, vitality, thriving and wholeness across all layers of being.
